Alejandro joined One Capital Management in 2025 and leads the firm’s human capital strategy and talent recruitment efforts. He brings over a decade of experience driving human capital strategy for start-ups and established global organizations. Prior to One Capital, he served as Chief People Officer at AudienceX and Vice President of Human Resources at Trailer Park Group and Dentsu International. Alejandro holds a Bachelor of Science from University of California, Los Angeles, and is a Master of Legal Studies candidate in Employment & HR Law at UCLA School of Law.
