Ross joined One Capital Management in 2026 with nearly 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, advising individuals and families on wealth management and long-term financial planning. Previously, Ross served as a Wealth Management Advisor at TIAA. Prior to joining TIAA, he worked at PSG Konsult PLC in Durban, South Africa. Ross holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management and Finance from the University of South Africa.
