Michelle joined One Capital in 2024 bringing 13 years’ experience in human resources.

She has a Masters in human resources management and is SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management) certified. Outside of work, Michelle volunteers for Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA), an organization that supports and promotes court-appointed advocates for children who have experienced abuse or neglect.
